Pricing depends on the engagement. The two-week trial doesn't.

Final pricing depends on engagement model, role mix, seniority, and project shape — your 48-hour proposal lays it all out, line by line. What stays constant across every engagement is how we de-risk the first two weeks.

Engagement models flex three ways. Staff aug bills monthly per engineer. Dedicated pods bill monthly at a flat team rate. Project delivery is milestone-billed against a fixed SOW with a ±15% buffer — past the buffer, we eat the overrun.

Two-week paid trial opens every engagement at a fixed price. If the delivery rhythm at end of week two isn't what we promised, you walk — no kill fee, no notice period.

What's included in every engagement: all of section 07's rhythm, weekly delivery report, replacement guarantee, IP assignment day one. No upcharges for stand-ups, retros, or "PM time."

Q01

Who owns the IP we pay you to build?

OPEN

You do. Day one, in writing. Every Baytek engineer signs a master IP-assignment agreement that flows through to your contract. The only carve-out is anything you're publicly licensing back — open-source contributions you've explicitly authorized.

What's your security posture?

OPEN

SOC 2 ready. All engineers on company-managed devices, hardware MFA on every privileged account, signed access policy renewed annually.

We complete most enterprise security questionnaires inside five business days. If you have a specific control framework you need us against, attach it to your brief.

Q03

What if the engineer you place doesn't work out?

OPEN

Replacement within ten business days, no charge for the swap, no extension to the trial. We carry the cost of onboarding the replacement and brief them off the original SOW.

It's rare. When it does happen, the replacement has historically stayed for the duration of the engagement.

Q04

Do you compete with us if we're in a similar product space?

OPEN

We won't take an engagement that competes directly with one of our seven shipped products — hiring (ResReader), delivery analytics (Agile Analytics, Sprint Analytics, Copilot Metrics, Backlog Guard), incident communications (Status Portal), or multilingual support messaging (ChatBox123).

Anything else is fair game and we'll tell you up front. We've also signed mutual non-compete clauses inside specific verticals when a client has asked — happy to do the same for you.

How fast can you actually start?

Two weeks from signed SOW for staff augmentation. Three to four weeks for a dedicated pod, because we re-test team chemistry with the lead engineer before you meet the rest of the team.

Project delivery engagements take a week longer up front to scope properly — that week is included in the proposal price, not billed separately.

Why should I trust an outsourced team to actually be "senior"?

Read section 06. We list role and years for the team you'd get, with full résumés and references available under NDA. Then we put a paid two-week trial in front of every engagement so you don't have to take our word for it — keep the team or walk, no kill fee.
